Close your account in the app

On the web, open the portal → My space → Close my account. On the phone app, open the Company tab → Close my account. Follow the confirmation steps. If you are the last administrator, arrange the required handover first.

What closure does

Closing an account anonymises the profile and signs the account out permanently. Building records that the operator must keep (requests, bookings, invoices, visitor passes, audit entries) remain with the operator under the retention schedule agreed with it. Backups retain data for up to 7 days.

If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask to close it. We check your identity proportionately and coordinate with your building operator; do not email your password. If you no longer have that email address, contact the same mailbox to arrange an identity check.

Correction and erasure for people in Lebanon are handled within 10 days (Law 81/2018 Art. 101); other requests within 30 days. We tell you what was removed, what remains and why.
