Premise

Guides

Everyone who touches this building sees something different

Seven kinds of people use Premise, and each one gets their own screen — not the same app with buttons greyed out. Pick whichever you are, and see exactly what you would get.

Pick your side

Step-by-step, by task

If you would rather read by what you are trying to do than by who you are — getting an account, reporting a fault, booking a room, inviting a visitor, running the maintenance queue, invoices and payments — that is all still here: the step-by-step guides.

Getting it on your phone

Premise runs in the browser today and works properly on a phone — open app.premisepm.com, sign in, and it behaves like an app.

Native apps for iPhone and Android are being built now and will be on the App Store and Google Play. When they land, you download Premise like any other app. Nothing you do in the meantime is lost or interrupted — it is the same account and the same data either way.

How the separation works

Two different walls, and it is worth knowing which is which.

Between companies: a tenant cannot see another tenant's anything — requests, bookings, visitors, invoices. That is enforced in the database, not hidden on screen, and it is tested on every release.

Between staff: money and legal paperwork are walled off the same way, so a technician's account cannot read an invoice or a lease by any means. Day-to-day building operations are shared between your staff, and the staff logins divide what each person works on.
